Enlighten, Scotland’s independent think tank, was delighted to host a discussion about the future of the devolution with Lord Offord.
Lord Offord was a Scotland Office minister in the last Conservative administration, and has recently published a pamphlet entitled “Wealthy Nation, Healthy Nation – a philosophy and policies for a prosperous Scotland”. In a series of essays, Lord Offord and his co-authors examine how Holyrood has dealt with policy around the economy and public services in its first 25 years and explore how its performance might be improved.
